Means any device that can access the Service such as a computer, cellphone, or digital tablet.

Refers to the Company’s websites, educational materials, consulting services, video courses, books, and community offerings, including but not limited to:

Skool-hosted communities and transactions

Subscriptions
Refer to services or access to the Service offered on a subscription basis through third-party platforms such as Skool.

Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”)
Mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Service.

Third-party Social Media Service
Means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included, or made available by the Service.

You
Means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.


Acknowledgment

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of this Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

You represent that You are at least 18 years old. The Company does not permit individuals under the age of 18 to use the Service.

Subscriptions

Subscription Period

Some parts of the Service are available only through paid subscriptions. Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled through third-party platforms such as Skool.

Subscriptions may renew automatically according to the terms of the platform through which You purchased access, unless canceled in accordance with that platform’s policies.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a subscription according to the cancellation procedures provided by the third-party platform through which the subscription was purchased.
Unless required by law, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Billing

Billing information and payment processing are handled by third-party providers. The Company does not store or process payment card information.

Fee Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will take effect in accordance with the terms of the applicable third-party platform.

Refunds

Except where required by law, all sales are final and non-refundable. Any refund requests are subject to the sole discretion of the Company or the applicable third-party platform.


Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by You), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign jurisdictions.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written consent from the Company.


Links to Other Websites

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company.

The Company assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with such third-party sites.


Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if You breach these Terms.

Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will cease immediately.


Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company’s total liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You to access the Service, or $100 USD, whichever is greater.

In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of the above limitations may not apply to You.


“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

The Company disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet Your expectations.


Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.


Dispute Resolution

If You have any dispute or concern regarding the Service, You agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.


United States Legal Compliance

You represent that You are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. government restricted or prohibited party list.


Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver of such right.


Translation Interpretation

These Terms may be translated for convenience. In the event of a dispute, the English version shall prevail.


Changes to These Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice.

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
